MANAGING CHANGES

Review the change.
Confirm the next step.

A different finish, revised dimension or quantity change can affect price and timing. We review the request with the relevant factory and discuss the implications with you before revised work proceeds.

The updated details and your approval are recorded. For repeat orders, we start from the previous approved specification and reconfirm availability, pricing and any changes.

WORKING WITH SINLUX

Your process questions, answered.

SINLUX is your point of contact for the agreed project scope. We coordinate requirements, approvals and production follow-up with the lighting factory we founded and the partner factories involved in furniture or other product categories. You help keep decisions clear by appointing a main contact for feedback and approvals.

We agree on key milestones and a suitable update schedule at the start. Updates focus on progress, outstanding decisions and any changes affecting the order. The frequency depends on the product and production stage, with important issues raised when they need your attention.

Not always. Existing products may be reviewed through specifications, drawings, finish references and product photos. For custom lighting or furniture, a physical sample may be useful to confirm important details. We discuss the appropriate review method, sample cost and timing before proceeding, and you or your designated representative confirms approval.

Send the requested change as early as possible. We check its feasibility with the relevant factory and explain any effect on cost, materials already purchased or the production schedule. Changes are not automatic once production has started; revised work proceeds only after the updated terms are agreed.

The schedule depends on product availability, quantities, sample approvals, materials and the agreed payment arrangements. We confirm an estimated production lead time with the order and review shipment timing separately. Tell us your required arrival date early so production and transport can be considered together.

We explain the reason, the expected effect on the schedule and any practical options available. For orders involving several factories, this may include reviewing whether to wait for all items or discuss separate shipments. Any additional costs or revised arrangements are agreed with you before action is taken.

Contact us promptly with the order reference, affected quantities and clear photos of the products, packaging and labels. We review the issue against the approved specifications and coordinate with the relevant factory or freight provider to establish what happened and discuss an appropriate resolution.
